mike baird of Spike TV's Flip Men
A native of Los Angeles, Mike attended Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor's degree from the Marriot School of Management in 2002. Mike is the owner of several highly respected companies in Utah including Baird Investment Properties and Equity Capital Group. A licensed Real Estate Agent, Mike's true passion was found in the foreclosure market having personally bought and sold 600-plus investment properties. A husband and father of four, Mike has lived his life to the fullest every day.
In Flip Men, Utah-based real estate investors Doug Clark and Mike Baird attempt to turn foreclosed property into profit. After a fierce daily bidding war at auction, the duo acquires homes sight unseen. When they first enter a newly purchased house, they never know what's behind the door: a biohazard, a meth lab, Bees, or an angry pit-bull, what Flip Men encounter is Epic. Now they have to clean up the place, renovate it, stage it, get it to market, and flip it...FAST. It's a race against time, because every day means thousands of dollars out of their pocket. Mike and Doug have flipped over 1000 homes.

JOSH FLAGG OF BRAVO'S MILLION DOLLAR LISTING
Josh Flagg likes setting records. Within the first four years of his career, Josh participated in four record sales, three of which were in Beverly Hills. He grew up on the Westside and graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 2004, jumping right into high-end residential real estate. Josh had the choice to either join the family business, which owns and develops shopping centers, or go a different direction. He chose a different direction.
Josh is also one of the stars of Bravo TVs Million Dollar Listing. “He pampers his clients…” said one local Realtor, “In a way I have never seen before and I’ve been in the business for 25 years. I’ve seen Josh send chauffeured cars to his clients’ homes and send his clients up in helicopters to view properties. The best thing I have seen Josh do, though, was wrap an entire house in a big red bow before delivering the keys to the new owners. He is very creative, and that is why he is so successful. In Josh’s mind, there are no limitations.”

CHRISTEN BENSTEN
Christen runs a successful blog and business in which she shows how to transform old and outdated furniture into something modern and unique. She has always been interested in the arts and opened a pottery studio in her house. She sold her pieces at fairs and to friends & family until she moved into a new house with her husband. They had no furniture and no budget so Christen bought 8 old chairs and restored them using milk paint. She then moved on to tables and cabinets, selling her pieces and documenting her projects in her blog. Christen will be showing how to use chalk paint to restore any old furniture piece at the show.
Follow her at
